Research On Model Constructing On Everyday Life Information Seeking Behavior Of Peasant-worker

People’s everyday life are having a profound change with the national policy support of informationization and the rapid development of mobile internet technology.At the same time, people’s everyday life information seeking behavior is also quietly changing. However, the existing research on everyday life information seeking behavior abroad for has a history of more than40years, and fruitful results have achieved in the theoretical, empirical and research methods; But domestic only a few people study everyday life information seeking behavior, and most of all is the introduction and discussion of the results of foreign research, not only the quantity is little, and the research depth is not enough, not widely. Therefore, the study of domestic everyday life information seeking behavior is imminent.In order to better understanding of the local environment everyday life information seeking behavior deeply, compared with everyday life information seeking behavior at home and abroad, verify foreign everyday life information seeking behavior theory (mainly based on the conceptual framework about ELIS of Savolainen as a reference to the object) the applicability of the results in the local environment, the paper choose this information disadvantaged peasant-workers’as the research object, through questionnaire investigation, interview and field observation method survey on peasant-workers’ everyday life information seeking behavior characteristics, analysis and the factors which influence the behavior of peasant-workers and the obstacles existing in the everyday life information seeking activities,construct the localization of peasant-workers daily life information seeking behavior model.put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of improving domestic daily life information service.Empirical studies have found that the localization of peasant-workers in everyday life information seeking behavior need information subject is more onefold compared to foreign groups, mainly on their children’s education, old person support and current news; seeking way less, mainly acquaintances and friends through mobile phones, network to get information, personal information source as the main source of information; the statistical results show that factors affecting the peasant-workers in everyday life information seeking behavior are gender, age, occupation and culture level,these factors will lead to peasant-worker’s everyday life information needs, search channels, information sources and seeking motivation had significant differences in the everyday life information seeking behavior. Basised on empirical research and used the conceptual framework about ELIS of Savolainen for a reference,this paper construct a model which contains way of life, the life control, problem situation, demographic characteristics, economic capital, social capital and psychological cognitive seven categories influence factors such as local environment peasant-worker’s everyday life information seeking behavior model. Finally based on empirical research data and comparing the differences in behaviour at home and abroad, put forward using the administrative mechanism to develop government information resources, use public mechanism to change public welfare information service development, use market mechanisms for commercialization of information service to improve and enhance everyday life information service status.
