The paper is based on a project, development of a monitor and control system of baching, which is a solution of upper machine software for the DXK series weight and display controller, a product of Nanjing Tianpin Automatic Control Equipment Company. The project is aming to meet the customer's need for long-distance monitor and control of the bahing system.The paper has six chapters. In the first chapter, the paper mainly introduces its engineering-oriented background, primary tasks and contents. In the second chapter, the paper analyzes the whole system in detail, including the performance parameters of lower machines, the software and hardware interface between upper machines and lower machines. After introduced and compared some widely used software development tools, the paper present the solution to establish the monitor and control system of baching under the .NET framework in the third chapter.this solution enables user to monitor and mantainance the lower machines in long distance. Then, in the fourth chapter, the paper gives some examples of how the system was developed, and then brings forward the development process of functional modules design, database design, user interface design and report design. The paper analyzes and researches some pivotal technologies in the fifth chapter, including: gives some methods to increase the system's efficiency; comes out of some methods of the PID parameters'auto-tuning on the basis of this system; describes how to design and develop software using some advancee technology of .NET. The last chapter of the paper summarizes the author's some experiences in the development of the system and draws the conclusions and makes the prospects.
