With the development ofInternet and the explosive growth of social networking services (SNS), network services has become more personalized and diversified. Question-Answering communities (Q&A communities)have been extremely popular in the nowadays, for they can be beneficial to both individual users and community practitioners. Since2004, the first question-answering service published, Q&Acommunitieshavedeveloped rapidly in our country.It’s very necessary to improve user stickiness for community operators to attract and retain users in such fierce competition. This paper is aimed at user satisfaction of Q&A communities and devoted to study its influence factors.Based on IS Success Model and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to establish a model ofinfluencing factors on user satisfaction of Q&A communities in this article. The factors include:system quality, information quality, perceived usefulness, member-member interactions and community-memberinteractions.This article also discusses:1) the difference between the Q&A communities and the general communities;2) the hypotheses of the influencing factors;3) through empirical analysis to verify all hypothesesand to explore the relationship between the variables in the model.Through empirical analysis obtain the following findings:1) system quality, information quality, perceived usefulness, member-member interactions and community-memberinteractions have positive effects on user satisfaction ofQ&A communities;2) the effect of information quality is the highest, system quality is the second and management mechanism is the lowest;3) the effect of social factors on the user satisfaction cannot be ignored.This article specifically content as follows:Chapter1:Introduction, mainly described the background and significance of this study, the content of this study, the research methods, and the structure of research ideas.Chapter2:Literature research.This partdiscussedthe related content of Q&A communities and user satisfaction.Chapter3:Theoretical model and researchdesign.Basedon IS Success Modeland TAMto establishthetheoretical model. And the design of research is according to the model.Chapter4:Analysis of data obtained by questionnaire survey.The empirical study based on the theoretical model and questionnaire survey.A regression equation was achieved through analysis of data obtained by questionnaire survey.Chapter5:Conclusions and prospects to explore the theoretical value, weaknesses of this article and the future research directions.
