With the rapid development of science and technology, the use of mobile phones is increasingly popular among people. In other words, mobile phones are playing a more and more important role in the work and life of people. After Android Operating system is put into use, the mobile phone is entering an age of rapid development.That is because the powerful functions and the abundant application programs of the Android smart mobile phone can realize more and more functions, such as e-mail, document editing, vedio chatting, etc. Further, the use of these applications provides more and more conveniences for people’s work and life.Although the the smart mobile phone can realize more and more functions, in some cases, it is unavoidably involved with individual privacy and the confidential information of enterprises, especially when users use the smart mobile phone in the office. Thus, how to implement unified management and control to the Android smart mobile phone is a prominent and an urgent issue. For instance, in the government depatments and other organizations with a high confidential requirement for information, the information administrater has to control and manage the terminal when the staff are handling office business with the Android intelligent terminal (such as mobile phone, panel computer,etc) so that illegal operation,confidential information leaking and other wrongdoings can be prevented.In the current market, the remote control implementation ways of most smart mobile phones are based on the control of the smart mobile phone to a computer or to other fixed equipment, and there is virtually no implementation ways of using a mobile phone terminal to manage and control other mobile phone terminals. For example, remote desktop, remote vedio monitoring and other remote control means are just the controls of Android smart mobile phone to the PC or to the camera. Thus, current remote control implementation ways can not realize the management for the terminal of Android smart mobile phone, nor can the implementation ways realize operation controls for the Android terminal.This research designs a remote management and control program based on the smart mobile terminal of Android system. In this program, Wi-Fi local area netwrok communication is designed to realize the management and control from an Android terminal to other Android terminals. The principle of this program first includes realizing the module management to. the Android terminal resources by transferring the general class library of the Android system and creating service monitoring procedures; secondly, as the low level of the Android system is based on the property of Linux kernel, a proxy service is established on the controlled Android terminal to realize the operation control to the Android mobile terminal.The content of this system covers following aspects. The first is the design and realization of Android intelligent terminal making one-to-many communication in the range of Wi-Fi local area network; the second is the research and realization of remote management and control of Android smart mobile terminal. The proposal of the management includes document management to the Android intelligent terminal, the management to the application procedure, Wi-Fi connection management, communication interception management, etc. The proposal of control covers application status control, message pushing, remote system command execution, etc.
