LTE-Advanced is the expansion of LTE technology which is based on the Re1.8, with more flexible adjustable bandwidth, better edge users throughput, more Advanced multiple antenna technology, better hot pot coverage and high speed mobile train performance, more flexible and it is a network technology adapted to various complicated network environment. Carrier Aggregation can implement the aggregate of multiple carriers well as discrete spectrum pieces, so it is perfect to solve the problem that existing wireless network doesn’t have enough continuous bandwidth available for users and large bandwidth brings pressure to the hardware design. The prospect of Carrier Aggregation technology in4G system attracts more and more attention. However, despite the fact that LTE-A improves the spectrum efficiency significantly, the exists of a large number of flow requires large number of cells to be scheduled at the same time, the growth of cell number also result in operating consumption. On the other hand, some LTE-A major process, such as switching, becomes very complex after the inclusion of carrier Aggregation, CoMP and relay technology. The manual adjustment of such a lot of parameters will be a heavy burden. Therefore, LTE-A needs some mechanism to set up and optimize the cellular wireless system automatically. In this paper, an algorithm improvement of load balancing technology based on LTE-A carrier Aggregation is proposed, and on this basis the joint optimization of LTE-A network optimization operations is analyzed. Two joint optimization schemes, focused on actual network situation and overall network performance respectively are proposed, i.e. the dynamic hysteresis adjustment scheme based on network allow maximum RLF and the dynamic adjustment scheme based on network co-satisfaction rate.System level simulation results show that the two schemes both improve the system throughput, user satisfaction, etc. to some extent.
