With the rapid development of computer technology and wireless communication technology, the management of modern building turned to be more intelligent. In buildings, the Wireless Sensor-Actuator Network can effectively collect a variety of environment information, such as temperature, humidity, luminance, etc. Then, with multi-hop transporting to the sink nodes, the sink nodes will handle the environment information and produce the corresponding actions. Through that way, the Wireless Sensor-Actuator Network can make the intelligent buildings come true.In this paper, we design and implement a management platform which is on the foundation of Wireless Sensor-Actuator Network to collect environment information and control electrical equipments by means of "pub/sub". The platform is made up of four function modules, they are "ability display module","subscription and data presentation module","data processing module" and "subscription manage module". The function of the ability display module is designed to show the abilities of the sensor type and action type in different ways. The function of the subscription and data presentation module is designed to send subscription and show their feedback data. There are six kinds of subscriptions in the subscription and data presentation module, such as single reporting for data subscription, timing reporting for data subscription, periodic reporting for data subscription, single controlling subscription, periodic controlling subscription, conditional controlling subscription. The subscription messages are present by data table, line graph and bar graph. The data processing module can process and store the subscription messages. The subscription manage module is used to check, change and delete the message of subscriptions.There is a detailed introduction of the management platform, such as the structure, the methods of the design and implementation, the test of the platform. Through the test, we find the management platform is feasible. And the platform can be used for the intelligent buildings.
