The third Genneration Partnership Projet(3GPP) propose the long term evolution (LTE)tehnology, which has some characters of the fourth Genneration communiation system.Because of the big advantage in improving the network performance, LTE is developing rapidly, and is becoming the leading edge in the research of wireless communication.LTE adopts orthogonal frequency division multiple (OFDM) and multiple input multiple output (MIMO), which bring about great enhancement in network throughput, delay, coverage and rate etc. This paper study LTE downlink wireless resoure allocation in LTE network. The radio resource management is an effective means to improve the system performance. The resource management mechanism in LTE wireless network has got extensive attention of scholars at home and abroad. Therefore, the radio resource management is one of the popular directions of the field of communications in LTE network. This paper studies frequency, time, power joint resource allocation algorithm in LTE network. This paper first introduces the the classic scheduling algorithm and mathematical tools to solve the scheduling algorithm, then the paper considers the joint resource allocation problem in LTE single cell scene, and finally the studies joint resource allocation in the LTE femtocell multi-cell scene.OFDM technology can transfer frequency selective fading channel into several flat fading subchannels. In the OFDM system, according to the users’ QoS requirements of each user service quality (Quality of servie QoS), according to resource allocation policy, the user can get different sub-carriers at different times. The paper studies dynamic frequency, time and transmission power allocation for supporting different services requirement in LTE downlink single-cell system. The problem of resource allocation was formulated as an optimization problem under the power constraint and proportional fairness constrain. Then the paper proposes a priority ranked bargaining algorithm (PRBA) based on the auction theory of the game theory. PRBA assigns scheduling blocks one by one by multi-round based on users’ priorities and adopt water-filling method to alloation power on scheduling bloks. In the allocation process, the allocation of scheduling blocks will reduce the priority of the use. Finally simulation results have shown that the proposed PRBA algorithm can satisfy different services requirement and improve system capacity, the efficiency of resource utilization significantly.Femtocells have been considered as a potential solution for indoor coverage in Long Term Evolution (LTE) system. Users can buy and deploy femtocell in office or home environment random and frequency is shared between macrocell and femtocells, therefore, interference exists between femtocellin multi-cell environment. So, we study the joint frequency, time and transmission power allocation in LTE femtocell multi-cell network. Firstly, we model the resource allocation problem as a liner optimization problem with the constraints of sheduling blocks and transmission power. To get the optimization of the problem, we propose a joint resource allocation scheme. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can enhance the serving cell throughput and save energy by closing unnecessary femtocell HNBs.
