With the advancement and development of microelectronics technology and wireless communication technology,Wireless Sensor Network(WSN),as an important part of the Internet of Things,is widely used in special and complex environments,and has received great attention in the field of research.Under the constraints of limited energy and spectrum resources,how to rationally allocate network resources so that various resources intersect and cooperate with each other,thereby reducing network interference and energy consumption,increasing resource utilization and network capacity has become a research hotspot in WSN.Therefore,considering the relationship of power control and channel allocation,this topic analyzes and summarizes the existing theoretical models and optimization algorithms of network resource allocation.In view of the shortcomings,correspondingly,this topic studies the distributed resource allocation optimization algorithm for WSN.The specific research contents are as follows.(1)Aiming at the problem of excessive energy consumption and bit error rate in WSN,we analyze the impact of power control and channel allocation on energy consumption and bit error rate.In order to weigh the network performance,a distributed topology construction method is used to perform optimal resource allocation on the local network,and a multi-objective optimization model for distributed resource allocation is established.Based on this model,we design a distributed resource allocation optimization algorithm based on particle swarm optimization.So the optimal resource allocation scheme can be obtained.Simulation results show that the algorithm not only effectively reduces energy consumption and bit error rate,but also increases network capacity,which achieves a trade-off between network performances.(2)In order to improve energy efficiency and extend the network lifetime,the design of Multi-radio Wireless Sensor Network(MRWSN)resource allocation protocol is studied based on the multi-radio technology,and the optimal power and channel allocation of each radio in MRWSN is studied,and the energy efficiency model of the node is established.At the same time,the energy efficiency,residual energy and energy cost factors of the node are integrated to establish a distributed resource optimization game model of MRWSN for energy efficiency.And then based on this model,we design a distributed resource allocation algorithm for MRWSN based on the energy efficiency game model,which can be prove that the algorithm can converge to the Nash equilibrium through ordinal potential game.Experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively reduce energy consumption.In addition,it also significantly improves energy efficiency and network capacity.
