Since the development of wireless network,the demand for resource scheduling and communication quality has been continuously improved,and the requirements of suppliers for QoS indexes such as network delay and transmission rate become increasingly stringent.However,the wireless resources such as spectrum and energy are limited,how to manage and take advantage of resources effectively,with limited resources to meet the demand of the explosive growth of the business,are the most pressing problems in wireless communication.Resource allocation,as an important wireless communication technology,is becoming more and more important among resource management methods.On the other hand,as the most typical mode of network architecture in 5G technology,wireless heterogeneous network can effectively increase the network capacity and coverage by introducing low power access nodes such as the microcell base station,picocell base station and femtocell.Therefore,wireless resources allocation strategies are researched in the context of wireless heterogeneous network,including the following aspects:Firstly,the layered heterogeneous network scenario is introduced,the architecture and advantages of each kind of layered heterogeneous networks with different low power access nodes are analyzed and compared.In addition,wireless resources such as spectrum resources,power resources and joint resource allocation modes in the heterogeneous network are summarized,and analysis of their each advantages and disadvantages as well as confronting challenges are given,in terms of resource allocation algorithm and resource allocation optimization model.Secondly,from the aspect of the bandwidth resources,a spectrum resource allocation algorithm based on rate coverage is proposed.the resources utilization of uplink and downlink are taken into account in the algorithm,segments the region blocks and spectrum resources,then allocates each spectrum block to its region block,followed by establishing the dual optimization model of spectrum divisional ratio and region distribution.As a result,the algorithm eventually optimized the network coverage.After obtaining the optimal spectrum allocation strategy by solving problem with genetic algorithm,and the result of simulation experiments verified the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.Finally,from the aspects of the joint resources of spectrum and power resources,a joint resource allocation optimization strategy based on customer satisfaction is proposed.Spectrum and power resources are both allocated in this optimization strategy from the aspect of users' satisfaction.The strategy is to meet the needs of most users,and to minimize the power consumption per rate of data transmission in order to improve the cost performance of distribution results.By solving multi-objective optimization problems using NSGA-? algorithm,the simulation results showed that the proposed algorithm can satisfy more users' needs while ensuring network capacity and spectral efficiency.
