| With the continuous development of computer technology,various industries such as finance and education are developing in the direction of informatization.It is necessary to use network equipment,server equipment,operating systems and other software and hardware resources to build business systems with personalized needs to provide external services.Industry services,while traditional business operation and maintenance systems require professional technicians to develop,which undoubtedly increases the cost of system construction.With the introduction of the APaaS concept,low-code platforms are gradually emerging,and business systems with industry-specific functions can be built through simple methods such as dragging,pulling,and dragging.This method has been favored by more and more companies.This topic aims to quickly build business systems through low-code methods,and combined with the actual needs in the process of building the IT operation and maintenance system,to realize resource and service management systems for IT operation and maintenance,so that enterprises no longer need to spend a lot of manpower and time costs to Build a business system to achieve the purpose of getting started quickly,building quickly,and facing any user.This article first introduces the current status of domestic lowcode/zero-code platforms,compares and analyzes the existing custom form implementation schemes and custom process open source frameworks,and combines the current better solutions to meet the needs of resource and service management systems analyze.Then it introduces in detail the design of the overall architecture of the system,as well as the design and implementation of the system’s functional modules.The system as a whole is divided into six modules:custom form,custom process,resource management,service management,template management,and authority control.Specifically,we propose a resource and service launching approach based on template files.It eliminates the need to redefine design forms and processes when building a resource and service management system.We also research and implement a template generation algorithm,introduces a method to describe the relationships between forms using a directed graph structure,and utilizes breadth-prioritized search to perform form integrity checks.These efforts lay the foundation for the template export function.Finally,the system function test and performance test are carried out for the resource and service management system,and the test results show that they all meet expectations.At present,the resource and service management system has been successfully put into operation. |
