With the rapid development of the Internet in finance,electronic communications,e-commerce,Internet medical,cloud management system and other industries in recent years,the high-speed development of information technology has become more complex and refined.At the same time,the cost of IT maintenance and management has also risen exponentially.The high reliability and manageability of IT infrastructure are becoming more and more challenging.It is difficult to locate the problems as the data information between different systems is not related,the IT resources within the company are not planned and utilized as a whole,and the technical service facilities relied on by enterprises are lack of top-level design and maintenance.Business and customers still grow rapidly which cause the requirements for the quality of service and reliability of the system are getting higher and higher.Operations and maintenance management involves all departments and working links of the company.if the system fails,it will cause business paralysis and lots of user complaints which has seriously affecting the normal operation and credibility of the company.It is necessary to improve the situation through systematic planning and design.By analyzing the IT operation and maintenance management system,considering the integrity and extensibility of the system,this paper adopts a service-oriented software architecture to provide a unified basic platform for rapid access.The data format between different system services adopts a unified specification.The system separates service boundaries,shields service process details,and provides standardized interfaces to the outside world.Services can be scheduled through reservation.The protocol communication between the two services is independent of each other and has better expansibilit y.The system includes delivery operation and maintenance,service operation and maintenance,data acquisition,monitoring and alarm modules.Through the design and encapsulation of process engine,delivery operation and maintenance module customizes the automatic publishing process to avoid the operational and maintenance risks such as version asynchrony,configuration errors,omissions and misoperation.Service operation and maintenance guarantees cross-system compatibility of data and logic by maintaining service interfaces and data dictionaries and unifying development specifications.Data acquisition module automatically collects data stream generated during operation,returns data and other types of data,and reports them to the monitoring system in accordance with the unified data format.According to the abnormal data thrown out,the corresponding alarm information is generated to facilitate the relevant operators to process and follow-up.Through the loosely coupled micro-service architecture,the real-time collection and analysis of service data can be carried out,providing convenient and fast massive data query capabilities.The monitoring and alarm module reports all kinds of faults in the system in time through self-defined configuration and automated monitoring and alarm,and provides follow-up and troubleshooting function of fault notification.The system is released after detailed testing,and improves the operation and maintenance efficiency and the quality.
