With the accelerated develope of information technology, the amount of data processing of various types of institutions is increasing rapidly in domes-tic, as well as international. And most of those data is transmitted over the network to a center node for analizing and further processing. For different da-ta transimission types and system network environment, the corresponding data transfer software is developed by organization respectively. Although existing some data transmission frameworks and softwares to deal with various type-s of data transmission requirements, but there is no a framework for deamon data transmission software to solve the problem of duplication of development or frequent upgrades of this type of software, which supports simply manual and even autonomous configuration to adapt itself to the system and network environment when system and network environment changes.The main work of this paper is to propose a new resident data transmis-sion framework based on multi-threaded pipelined architecture, and to proceed detailed study and analysis of technology and implementation details based on unxi/linux platform. In new framework,various atomic functions achieved by multi-threading technology are organized as pipelining. Compared with past software and framework, it can implement Ilexible configuration parameters to open, close, or adjust the various transmission functions. Based on these tech-nical, the framework can choose the best configuration parameters to maximiz-ing mining system resources and improve the efficiency of data transmission through learning and analysis to situated that system and network environmen-t.Finally, based on the new framework, achieve a the experimental resident data transfer software on the Linux platform. The experimental software can be simply manually configured to change or adjust the transmission function. And it also support self-adaptive to the external system and network environ-ment by periodically check the external environment and adjust the configu-ration parameters. In the experimental environment,verified by the effect and compared with the same type software, it passes the verification of the expected functionality and performance indicators, which provesthat the new framework has certain technical value.
