The system interpreters the valuable data of network and collects important indicator statics. Based on forewarned indicator and threshold, system realizes the function of risk identification and risk management. The work of network early warning system is as follows. System can download the raw data file from server. And it can interpreter data file and get important indicators. Finally, system will recognize the risk by comparing values and threshold. The design and implement of mobile network early warning system model for multi-network has finished. The system has been tested and made a trial running in an operator. We can get the information that the system has improved the efficiency and quality of service of network, and assured the security of communications. We can conclude that the system model has its availability and wider application prospect.
