Uncertainty Research Of TD-LTE Test System

In today’s era of rapid development, the test system has brought a qualitative leap-automatic test system, which improves the efficiency of the test greatly. This is the perfect combination of the field of communications and the field of computer. Automatic test system has become the direction of test technology development more and more often for its high efficiency, easiness to operate and high accuracy.By introducing the background and the significance of this study, this paper leads to the content of the study-TD-LTE automated test system uncertainty analysis and meanwhile makes a simple introduction to TD-LTE automatic test system-time division long term evolution. In the second chapter, the paper makes a detailed analysis to the uncertainty theory that involves to the content of the study. The third chapter gives a brief overview to the automatic test system, including the major components of the automatic test system, the key technologies and also a brief description of its history. Chapter4and5are the key parts of the paper, the forth chapter discusses the theory of uncertainty analysis of TD-LTE automated test system in detail,mainly targeting detailed classified discussion to the impact amount of uncertainty brought in the testing process. The fifth chapter is the core and also the end of this paper.Firstly, it gives a brief analysis to the test instruments of automatic test system used in the paper, including integrated tester MT8820C、 spectrum analyzer MS2668C、signal generator MG3710A.Through independent research development software the operator can achieve the control of test system. Secondly this chapter makes a detailed analysis to RF test standard, which mainly uses3GPPTS36.521-1. Finally, the chapter makes detailed calculations to analysis of the associated uncertainty of the actual measurement results obtained in the actual measuring procedure, and also gives an uncertainty associated report.Through the analysis of the uncertainty report the paper puts forward some suggestions in reducing uncertainty.
