With the development of mobile Internet, the popularity of smart phones and the maturity of mobile communications technology particularly3G, mobile multimedia applications are becoming the hot spot of the development of mobile Internet. People urgently need smooth video transmissions between all kinds of terminals through wireless network. Based on the research of video codec technology and real-time streaming technology, this article implements a wireless video transmission system based on h.264SVC and android platform, adding a mobile phone steering control system based on android vibrator and orientation sensor.This thesis introduces the research background and the current problems firstly, which leads to the purpose and significance of this research, then does a brief introduction of the relevant technology including h.264video encoding technology, real-time streaming technology and Android multimedia technology. Secondly, this thesis dose the analysis and modeling of the system requirements and briefly introduces the hardware and software environment. Thirdly this thesis devides the system into two subsystems as transmission and control system based on functional analysis and describes the design of the system in each subsystem in detail, given the state diagrams of the subsystem and then describes the realization of each subsystem in detail and also dose the analysis of the realization codes of key processes. This thesis also introduced the system test environment and test process, analyzes the system’s unit test and the final test results which proved that the system’s functionality and performance is reached the requirements.Finally, this thesis makes a summary of the contents, analyzes the deficiencies of current works and plans the future works.At last, summarizes the works and the results of my-self during the master-degree study.
