The Research Of Online Monitoring Warning And Alarm System For Steel Structure Tower

With the great progress of China’s economic development and scientific and technological level, the communications, railways, electricity affairs are well developed, so the steel structure tower has been widely used. However, the difficulties of steel structure tower’s monitoring and maintenance are brought in due to the complex working environment. So the online monitoring and alarm warning technology methods been researched have a very important significance.In this paper, the steel structure tower was treated as research object. First of all, the research projects and research content were determined according to the research status at home and abroad. Secondly, the steel structure tower online monitoring warning and alarm system was analyzed based on functional and non-functional requirements, the C/S model was used to build whole system, two key technologies of the system including alarm and warning were been researched. Then, the selection and layout of the sensors were been researched, the data acquisition module was designed based on the research. When the data analysis and processing module were been designed, the multi-threading technology was used to achieve real-time multi-channel display function, the single factor alarm warning function was achieved by background data comparison, the natural frequency of early warning and data offline analysis algorithms were designed. The data transmission function was achieved by using TCP network layer protocol and Windows Socket programming technique. The system was tested.Finally, the main research work and achievements in this paper is summarized, the prospects of research are pointed out.
