With today’s social development, population, continue to highlight the problem,but the problem also affects the population of each region. National TwelfthFive-Year Plan proposed the "Jin Project" that is co-ordinating national fullpopulation management information system, which has become the focus of theNational Population and Family Planning Commission to deploy e-governmentconstruction projects, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Family PlanningCommission to respond positively to national policies, accelerate the the pace ofinformation technology to improve the management level of family planning work,the existing mature PIS basic demographic database system based on populationmanagement and service upgrade the comprehensive application.In this thesis, the full population of Xinjiang integrated management informationsystem analysis and management decision-making module design and implementation,the developer of the module according to user needs a modular architecture design,functional design, database, and display the main interface, testing, etc. The systemuses Microsoft Visual Studio2010development environment and the C#programming language, using Microsoft SQL Server2008database to do thebackground, the main features are summarized business reports, demographic,business and extended analysis. The module on demographic indicators wereanalyzed, including sex ratio, population quality analysis, young and old populationratio, population statistics,etc., for the entire family planning work in real-timeregulatory control, leaders at all levels to enable timely and accurate grasp of theentire community population trends, to facilitate the management of population andfamily planning work.
