The Research And Realization Of Collaborative Design System Based On Smartphone

In order to meet the market demand of modern industry, collaborative design system thatis a kind of teamwork design mode software is proposed. Its purpose is to accelerate theproduct design process, improve production efficiency and market competitiveness ofenterprises by improving mutual communication between designers, designers and managers.The development of smart phones makes smart phones has become a necessary tool forpeople to communicate with each other, but also really brought great convenience for people’scommunication, in which Android smart phones in use especially widely. This paper is apreliminary attempt and research, which makes the Android smart phones applied tocollaborative design system.Through the research of domestic and international collaborative design system andelectrical and the mechanical product design software and analysis of the pros and cons ofeach system, design a basic function of collaborative design system. Smart phones with theserver and PC communication are realized by TCP/IP network. By OpenGL ES and OpenGLto realize three-dimensional model display of Android smart phones and ordinary PC that isnot installed the three-dimensional design software. In addition, the MySQL database server isused to implement the system users (designers) management, multiple team management,management of individual and team projects, personal private model and the system publicmodel. Finally, through secondary development of UG to achieve integration of all thecollaborative management functions and the3D product design software UG, so as to realizethe function of collaborative design system. In order to achieve the cooperative design ofsoftware system, system uses c language to compile system services software on open sourcenetwork service system Linux. Using modern network programming language java compilesclient software of ordinary PC and Android smart phones. Finally, in order to make the serverand client stable communication, system also constructed own unique TCP application layercommunication protocol. Through functional design and programming, successful implementation of a collaborative design using Android software system. In order to achievethe development and popularity of collaborative design, android smart phone introducedcollaborative design system. Through integrated debugging system, system wants to be ableto complete the basic functions of cooperative design and the basic running stability.
