Design And Implementation Of Video Monitoring Network System Based On GIS

On the basis of video monitoring system project in110command center in S city,there designs a platform of the security video surveillance system deliberating on usable,elastic and extensible issues. With the needs and the application of the latest technology,this essay also analyzes functioning demand of the existing and future video monitoringsystem; the structure of video surveillance system network, hierarchical structure andnetwork protocol, the design based on the object-oriented framework as well as theintelligent video surveillance system structure of GIS platform.In research, the technology and method of main module of the security video platformcontrol system discussed in this essay mainly includes: unified-access device module,authorized-service platform module, distributed-client plug-in module, display modulebased on Activex framework module, and client display module. Combined with thecharacteristics of specific equipment and operating requirements of public security videosurveillance, the essay, moreover, introduces the improved algorithm of video projectionlocation based on GIS algorithm that theoretically analyzes and verifies the reasonabilityand validity of error range of the improved video monitoring. Finally, the article gives anexample of developing the intelligent video surveillance system platform.The development of video monitoring system in S city achieves functions of authoritymanagement, video surveillance, configuration, video image analysis and video imagefusion and convergence, endows the high extension and reusability, and resolves issues ofthe data integration and interface adapter, as well as heterogeneous network and variousdevices accessing.
