Embedded PLC is proposed on the basis of further study in traditional PLCtechnology and embedded system. It is suitable mostly only contains the commonly usedbasic control command PLC control procedure current development in currently theindustrial control. The traditional PLC reliability and anti-jamming ability are strong,customization and modulation, are suitable for the bad control scene, obtains thewidespread application in other industrial control domains and professions. However, therapid growth of traditional PLC has been limited because of the versatility andcompatible of not good as well as expensive price. Embedded PLC may make up for thetraditional PLC compatibility to the bad, performance-to-price ratio low statusshortcoming. The present page has designed the embedded programmable controllersystem based on ARM microprocessor STM32F103x, has nimbly exquisite, the cost lowmerit, satisfies the user the personalized demand, the applied research in industrial controlhas certain reference value regarding embedded PLC.This topic’s primary mission is to develop the embedded PLC system. Mainlyincluds overall concept design, software design and hardware circuit design. Firstly, Iconstructed the embedded PLC entire framework. Secondly, software design is dividedinto two parts: The superior machine programming software design and lower positionmachine PLC system programming, and uses the modular design concept. Superiormachine programming software uses the MFC storehouse to develop in VC++6.0, theoverall system divides according to the function into the ladder diagram and instructionlist edition module, ladder diagram and instruction list transformation module,instruction list translation module and connection module and other module. It canrealize ladder diagram plan, revision, translation and memory and other function. Usingthe IAR programming software development lower position machine PLC systemprogram, and divides it into chip configuration document, I/O file, the core operationdocument and actuation document. The topic complemented has taken32-bit ARMprocessor STM32F103x as the hardware circuit design of core, and has confirmed therationality and feasibility of embedded PLC system design.
