| Loudspeaker spider is an important component of dynamic loudspeaker. It is usually aannular corrugated plate made of textile material. When producing vibrations under stress,spider will produce nonlinear deformation. This will bring loudspeaker nonlinear distortionand affect the quality of loudspeaker.With the aid of ANSYS Workbench, a finite element analysis software whichdeveloped by ANSYS, inc. this paper builded spider model and makes structure staticanalysis and obtained the displacement curve under different load. Then, with the aid ofvirtual instrument technology of NI company, a set of loudspeaker spiderdisplacement-load curve measurement system has been developed in the paper. The realvalue of spider displacement-load curve was obtained through measurement. Finally,simulated value and actual measured value were compared to confirm the feasibility andeffectiveness of spider displacement-load curve simulate by FEA method.On the basis of the validity of simulation, this paper also analyzed the reason of thecause of spider nonlinear briefly and designed a kind of modified spider model. In the end,this paper compare it to several spiders with common shape and proved that the improvedspider can improve the degree of displacement-load curve linearity. |
