In consideration of the state of the management work of tourism practitioners qualification examination of Hunan Tourism Bureau, it is need to design and implement a perfect and unified tourism practitioners qualification examination management system to manage tourism practitioners qualification examination of Hunan Province.The tourism qualification examination management system of Hunan use Browser/Server architecture, and the client can work by WEB. This paper mainly describes the design and implementation process of the tourism qualification examination management system. Firstly describing the background of the development of the system, pinpointing the theoretical basis and practical significance of the development of the system, and introducing related domestic and overseas research status of the system and the main objectives of this paper as well as the organizational structure, and doing a summary description of the paper; secondly, a detailed requirement elicitation and analysis of the tourism qualification examination management work; then proceeding to the detailed functional design in accordance with the result of requirement analysis and making a detailed analysis of the database of the system; finally, introducing implementation process of the system, detailed describing the core code of the implementation process.
