Research And Design Of University Teachers' Qualification Eexamination Information System In Hebei

Teacher qualification system is a legal professional access system which is the legal protection from national law to ensure high-quality teachers. Up to now, the teacher qualification identifying system has gone through three stages of identification, i.e. transition identifying, test identifying and the firs identifying. And it then has entered the normal phase of full implementation. Currently, the premise of teacher qualification is two learn test (pedagogy, psychology) and teaching skills test. The registration, examination and management work is very hard.This paper starts from the running processes of Hebei Teachers Qualification, and develops a set of examination management information system which can meet the teacher qualification of Hebei province university. The system can realize the functions such as the test application, examination management, score management, certificate management and grade query, etc. And it provides the technical support for Hebei province university teachers'qualification.Thesis research includes:Completed the qualification of university teachers at all stages of the business management system model and data model of research and design, qualification of teachers to build a common information management system functional framework, and the module features a detailed study design;To ensure the system safe and reliable, research papers in the S/KEY one-time password scheme based on an improved one-time password user to determine the method used to protect user identity information security; for the use of test scores and other important information DES encryption algorithm to encrypt and ensure data security;Analyzed and studied the optimization techniques of database and effectively improves the performance of the system.At present, the system has been undergoing test running and been praised by users.
