For the past few years, more and more attention has been paid to the safety of mining production, but mining disasters and accidents happened occasionally. When accidents happen, how to choose an optimal path that can direct the staff to evacuate from the dangerous area and minimize the loss of the accidents becomes a key research issue on disposing mine emergency accidents. At present most research of the planning of evacuate and rescue path for mine disaster are focusing on searching a shortest path or optimizing the algorithm efficiency. In these studies, often regard the shortest path as the optimal path. They always just consider the length of the tunnel and the difficulty level of passing the tunnel etc. environment factors, except the safety of the tunnel. By comprehensive consideration of both environment factors and safety of tunnels, this paper analyzes and studies the optimal evacuate path for the staff. The main works of this paper are as follows:1)The distribution of the tunnel of underground metal mine is analyzed in this paper. According to the characteristics of the vertically hierarchical distribution, the thought of partition the graph was proposed. Use this method to improve the efficiency of path searching.2) This paper analyzes and quantifies the influencing factors of the environmental and several common major disasters of underground metal mine. The environmental factor and the safety of the tunnel are measured by equivalent length and health loss degree. And then the method of calculating the two weights is given.3) The optimal path planning decision-making model was put forward with the theory of multi-objective optimization. Equivalent length and health loss degree are considered in the model. Based on this study, the optimal path planning prototype system was built in this paper. Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine as an example, the prototype system was applied.
