With China's rapid development in economy and its improvement of taxation system,a comparatively increase occurs not only in the number of tasers but also in the amount of information reported in taxers'applications. With the help of support and popularization by National bureau of Taxation,CTAIS has been put into practice all over TianJin, a pilot city. The TianJin Off-line application system of National Taxes is developed in the way that not only meets the urgent need for off-line application of taxation bodies and taxers,but also maintains the existing system of CTAIS.This paper first introduces this programme and its significance. It then makes a brief account of the main techniques needed . And further,it illustrates the means of developping limit model embedded with increment,based on rapid original model. And lasting,a summary and an outlok are given o the development of Tax Return System.This system are B/S tax-receiving platform based on J2EE framework and MVC model.It help tax payers finish their taxing without leaving home,and relieves the pressure of taxmen.This paper focuses on points:analyzing the demand of role and function of the system in terms of use and state in UML language;systematically analyzing its network topological structure,technique framwork,function and working process;illustrating its main functions.The working fuctions adapted in thissystem are:off-line tax raporting sub-system,on-line tax raporting sub-system and receving sub-system. The off-line tax return sub-system is rasponsible for writing data off line. The recevig sub-system receives data from companies,checks the reporting form,makes a"one-window"contrast,fills the data in the CTAIS,and lastly,deducts tax through the interface of tax and cash. |
