As the process of information deepens and the paperless office popularizes, China CITIC Bank has revealed innumerable problems that contain low efficiency of traditional office and the model of management fallen behind and especially the confusion about Customer comment management and later references. In the current circumstances, although the whole bank’s operating system, particularly the popularity of online banking business made the countless data of bank more electronic and the operation more convenient, it is not coincide with the whole trend that the data which is used for the feedback of user real-time communication is poor electronic after completing the assignment. It is exceedingly vital in the credit business operations. Saw this development gap, we decided to explore customer comprehensive evaluation system of corporate credit of China CITIC Bank under this system background of the credit management system group.In the system development process, we described the system requirements elicitation and requirements analysis at length and completed the system static modeling and dynamic modeling by UML modeling tools. The system uses a three-tier architecture based on b/s structure and applies MVC (Model-View-Controller), the current mainstream software design pattern, to design it. The viewer layer uses JSP dynamic web development technology to design the pages. The model layer uses the SQL SERVER2005to store and manage the system data and applies hibernate technology. The system utilized framework of Struts2, the hibernate database technology and Spring. Struts2is a good use of the MVC model framework that highly improved in safety and ease of use than Struts1. It is a good choice on building the MVC model. This is a new framework thinking that the distinguish feature of Spring lies in IOC and AOP. Hibernate is a database processing technology generating in the new website development model, not as cumbersome as the original sql statement.The system realizes three parts in the CITIC Bank corporate credit customer comprehensive evaluation system which includes sector work and my work module, agency staff permission management module and customer evaluation module and each module contains the smaller module design. The sector work and my work module contains sectors’work and my work, and the agency staff permission management module contains the setting of subordinate agency of classification identify permission restrictions and the level that the bank has the right to identify people of classification identify permission restrictions. The customer evaluation module contains customer evaluation initiated, modified, deleted, confirmed and viewing the information.The test results showed that the system basically meet the management needs of the clients evaluates business for CITIC Bank. The system achieved the management of customer comprehensive evaluation electronic. It not only implanted the system in the credit management system group and improved the interaction timeliness of credit data, but also achieved all electronic business processes such as customer evaluation, second source of repayment security evaluation, debt evaluation, initial classification, audit and determination. It achieved in accordance with the classification power of attorney and the system control of classification identify access. At the same time, it enhances statistical analysis functions in full bank of credit asset quality by managing data in the Head Office. Anyway, application of the entire system greatly reduced operating costs, and improved the efficiency of CITIC Bank credit management.
