In researching and industrialization, the test and analysis of photoelectronics properties of OLED product is necessary to find and resolve problems about materials、devices and process links. Unfortunately, most test system in lab and fab need manual work frequently at Present, manual focusing and recording slow down the test efficiency, also, aggravate the error. It is necessary to design a auto-mode test system which can work accurately and fastly.Base on modem electronic technology and computer control systems theory, an auto-run I-V-L test system of OLED was designed and realized in this paper, and successfully applied to the testing OLED optical and electrical properties. The system consists of two parts of the hardware and software. The hardware choose work including design of two-axis guide、selection of spectrascan colorimeter and programmable DC-Source,etc. The program was written by Visual C++based on MFC, it could realize the communication between PC and spectrascan solorimeter and programmable DC-Source,control this two instruments by sending conntrol commands and return data to PC. process data and display data and data chart,finally svae test data, consequently realize the automatic testing of OLED optical and electrical properties.This test system could work accurately and fastly. The L-V curve could be showed intuitively and dynamicly. Because of the range limitation of inputting, the test reliability could be improved.By using this system, the light intensity in different part and the light uniformity auto-test was realized at the designed voltage; the I-V-L curves were automatically recorded at the condition of step voltages in a designed scale provided by DC-Source. After repetitive verification, it was proved that the new test system had good performance, it could be introduced into the test and analysis of photoelectronics properties in OLED industry.
