OLED(Organic light emitting diode) is considered to be the mainstream of the next generation display technology,it will substitute LCD. Currently OLED just been extensively used in smart phones and other small devices, To really would OLED many advantages to play vividly, but also need to address some of the barriers in the production process, in which the OLED device failure is the key issue of OLED device research. The main failure is drive electrode corrosion and the failure of the light emitting failures caused by Oxygen and water invading poor package. In the OLED production process, bonding semi-finished and finished product often have electrical corrosion phenomenon.This paper based on the current plant production process flow and process parameters, study on the water and ions in the three factors influencing the electro corrosion, according to different parts of the corrosion produced under different process conditions of experimental samples respectively, and experiment in the same condition of high temperature and high humidity, respectively, by means of scanning electron microscope samples of corrosion analysis after the experiment, and then improve the cleaning process before bonding based on the analysis, so as to improve the electric corrosion phenomenon, improve the product reliability.In order to further verify the photoelectric parameters and reliability of the product after improving the cleaning process, the product of this paper to improve the cleaning process has carried on the photoelectric parameters and life test. To reduce the labor intensity and improve data reliability, this paper has developed a set of OLED photoelectric parameters automatic measurement system. Hardware parts of the automatic measurement system include the XY two-axis platform designed and made by myself, display color analyzer, programmable dc power supply. Software parts based on Visual Basic 6.0 design the man-machine interface, and realize the communications of the computer and display color analyzer and programmable dc power, by computer controls the instruments, to achieve timing measurement and measurement results back to computer, data processing, graphic display and data storage.Through the test system, this paper records OLED attenuation situation of photoelectric parameters under the DC drive condition, according to the experimental results confirm the product life test after improving the cleaning process meets quality requirements.
