The creation of digital information platform makes the oilfield management improve rapidly. Now the necessary of developing digital information platform has been approved commonly. Its creation is the manifestation of the modern management in the21st century, its creation will mark the oil exploration and development, production management, production and operation has entered the era of high technology.The business of the day-to-day production scheduling in the traditional manual mode of operation, and the lack of various emergency dispatch room, can not be used for direct production database and software systems, and just manually command and resorting experience to deal with the problem.This paper explores the design, development and implementation of the daily production scheduling system, using the four-layer architecture of B/S, combined with ASP.NET and Oracle relational database, and using the object-oriented analysis methods to develop solutions to achieve daily production control management in oil production plant. The system includes Daily production scheduling and notification system, Vehicle dispatch system, Daily production shift system and system maintenance.The system adopts advanced computer information processing and network technology to standardize the data source and data flow. Oil Production Plant, the operation area and the squad three database building and data management become integrated. The system provide an accurate, timely, comprehensive and intuitive information platform for the oilfield production management.
