The adjustment of the system operation and optimization is an important part of the distribution automation; distribution network reconfiguration and passive filter switching become the two main measures of the distribution network optimization. With the accelerated process of industrialization, the problems distribution network optimization to face are more and more complex; originally passive filter units for the safe operation of the distribution network optimization process may be a big security risk. Broadly speaking, the changes in the system short-circuit capacity, power supply point distance changes, changes in load operation, the filter switching mode changes and changes in reactive power compensation device capacity and so on can be called distribution network reconfiguration. Studies with the security and stability of the passive filter network reconfiguration mode operation of the power supply system have an extremely important role. This thesis mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Access to a large number of documents, present research situation, development and research of passive filter to study the domestic and international distribution network reconfiguration. Broadly defined a new concept of distribution network reconfiguration and has practical significance. Distribution network reconfiguration common objective function and solving method, and the safe and stable operation of the passive filter, clear the purpose and significance of this study.(2)Research on the common passive filter structure type, parameter selection and wiring types, proposes a based on the distribution network reconfiguration mode passive filter design method; combine with practical experience in engineering, point out device design and parameter selection problems that need attention, and give examples of this design ideas. And then define a project to verify that the filtering effect of passive filter parameters, on this basis to build a simulation model with simulink, a computer simulation on the filtering efficacy and safety of passive filters for engineering practice.(3)On the basis of the above work, citing the three projects cases, analyze the passive filter problems encountered in the distribution network reconfiguration, science and objective analyze the causes of the problems and solutions on the passive filter problems, these cases are real cases encountered in the distribution network reconfiguration process and come from the actual project, with a certain degree of represent ativeness and some guidance on the safe and stable operation of the distribution network reconfiguration mode passive filter.
