With the rapid development of modern communication, the needs of differentbusiness continue to improve, how to improve the throughput of the communications’ystem and how can we ensure users communication quality has been a problemfrom start to finish by the field of wireless communications. Based on theconsideration of the future of broadband high-speed data communication trends, theThird Generation Partnership (3GPP) has launched a research for4G. Address theproblem, the multi-point cooperative transmission technology (CooperativeMultipoint Processing, CoMP) can improve the cell edge user signal quality and cellthroughput with good technical performance. On the other side, the problem ofspectrum resources’ non-renewable has become increasingly prominent, andtraditional spectrum allocation poli’cy cant be applied to the new CoMP technology.New spectrum allocation research has become the most important work for CoMPresearch.CoMP technology has made many achievements, the research discussions aremainly around CoMP system transmission scheme. On3GPP meeting, severalvendors have also raised some technical reports and simulation results, and3GPPgradually standardize the technical. In Coordinated multi-point transmission mode, the band needs to be divided into collaboration (CoMP) band and non-collaboration(Non-CoMP). Most of the research work use the traditional static spectrum allocationstrategy, the advantages of this allocation scheme is simple, and cost less, but itsspectrum is lower, and system performance is poor. For now,3GPP about this part ofthe spectrum resource is still in a relatively empty stage. For the problem above, we start from the perspective of "multi-service modesystem users’ satisfaction", and combine with the existing spectrum resourceallocation scheme, then we raise a dynamic spectrum resource partitioning schemebased on users’ multi-service satisfaction feedback. This scheme will dynamically devise the limited spectrum resources reasonable firstly, with improved scheduling algorithm to allocate resources to the most suitable for the user. Based on this idea, the theoretical has done a CoMP system model, and get specific measures for implementation of the program from the mathematical theory. The simulation results show that, CoMPared with the static spectrum allocation scheme, the scheme with the increasing number of cell users has significant improvement in the utilization of spectrum resources and the district overall throughput. The simulation of this paper is based on the3GPP recommendations LTE system simulation environment. A detailed description of the CoMP system set up principles and implementation details of the new spectrum resources program. Based on this framework of the platform, we develop this program, and have done the validation, simulation support. What’s more, this dissertation has published papers and patents to be corroborated.
