With the rapid development of mobile communication, the sharp increase of the number of users and the scarcity of frequency resources,3GPP proposed LTE-Advanced system on the basis of LTE. LTE-Advanced system have higher requirements in capacity, spectral efficiency, the peak data as well as the rate of cell edge user throughput.In order to be further improved to meet the requirements of IMT-Advanced,3GPP proposed coordinated multiple-point transmission/reception (CoMP) in the LTE-Advanced system.CoMP makes use of antenna site which is connected with optical fiber to provide collaborative synergy service for users. Adjacent antenna stations or nodes serve a user at the same time,leading to reducing the inter-cell interference,thus effectively improving the average throughput of the system throughput and cell edge user performance. Compared with the conventional interference cancellation technology, CoMP is considered to be the more effective technique to enhance cell edge throughput and system throughput.This paper makes deep research on CoMP technology in LTE-Advanced system.(1).I established a complete LTE-Advanced system level simulation platform by studing key technologies of LTE-Advanced. This platform is of great omportance because following researches are based on this.(2). SU-MIMO PART-CoMP technology research:This simulation achieved SU-MIMO single-cell and19-cell scenarios, which verifying CoMP technology enhances system throughput and edge spectral efficiency. At the mean while, a more appropriate scheduling policy is proposed which is suitable for CoMP system.(3). SU-MIMO ALL-CoMP technology research:in this part,all users are CoMP user and simulation results show that this way will greatly improve the system throughput and edge user performance. Simultaneously, this paper introduced a new factor-Allocated_PRB, which can win better tradeoff between throughput and user fairness in LTE-A downlink.(4).MU-MIMO ALL-CoMP technology research:all users in the MU-MIMO system are CoMP user, and verified by simulation that the combination of MU-MIMO and CoMP can greatly improve system performance.Then the article introduced an factor-PUG, and on the basis of this factor,the article proposed a new scheduling algorithm more applicable to the MU-MIMO CoMP.
