User Access Behavior Analysis Of The Network Service

In the wake of the popularization and rapid development of Internet, people’s life increasingly depend on Internet. The Web sites provide people with more and more network services, at the same time the websites’ structure has become increasingly complicated, and user behaviors increasingly elusive to analyze. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to bring Business Intelligence System into user access behavior analysis of the network service.As an engineering project,it was derived from a well-known domestic shipping services company. It Achieved the system of user access behavior analysis of network services on Pentaho BI Platform,and did analysis of the experimental results. This thesis achieved the following three parts in detail:(1) The project made a detailed analysis from user needs analysis, system design to the achievement of the functions at the view of software engineering,and made a deep introduction of the technology involved.(2) The main job of the project was spent on automate data collection and logic integration,using Linux Technology,Perl scripting techniques,storaged process technology of MySQL Database.(3) The project achieved User Access Behavior Analysis System of the Network Service by the business intelligence technology such as Mondrian, Kettle, of Weka.It also achieved Pentaho reporting function,Analysis Services,and did experiments on Data Mining to provide decision support for enterprises Directly.
