User Behavior Analysis Of The Network Service

The rapid development of Internet, the rapid growth of the number of users and the acceleration development of enterprise information construction, make the user information of explosive growth. Now, many companies stay at a simple search for user data and lack of deep mining and analysis of information. Through analysing the mass data we can convert the large amount of customer data into useful decision. It’s more and more important for enterprises.(1)From the perspective of data mining, we can get the user data using the knowledge of data mining and knowledge of web crawler. We can use the knowledge of data mining to analyze user data.(2) The process of the project is reference to the ideas of software engineering. The system requirement analysis in the first place then carries on the summary design, system design.(3) This paper use a number of computer technology such as Linux Technology,Perl scripting techniques,and MySQL Database.(4) By ETL data preprocessing, Mondrian and Report Designer, Show the data analysis results.Through the above work, we implemented the system which based on pentaho BI platform. The system has realized the support for enterprise decision-making.
