With the rapid development of the ground mobile communication system,the latest 4G standard has mature research and put into operation,but the satellite mobile communication system is still at the levels of 3G,and because the performance of satellite system itself is worse than an equivalent ground mobile communication system,so promote the performance of mobile satellite communication system as an exigent problem to be solved.At this stage the LTE-A system,the 4G standard of the ground,uses a very advanced technology which has been a great deal of analysis and research,but very few articles studying how the advanced technology of LTE is applied to the system of mobile satellite communication.So this article did research on this subject,and select the mobile communication system to control the power of the mobile terminal technology for in-depth study.First depth research of the power control technology of 4G mobile communication system,and analyzes the special satellite channel in satellite mobile communication environment influence on communication,further analyzes the improved algorithm of the power control technology in the ground 4G mobile communication system is applied to the system of satellite communication environment.By analyzing the specific problems,and proposes a kind of power control scheme in mobile satellite communication system based on LTE,Main work and contribution of this dissertation are outlined as follows:1.An improved LTE-A power control algorithm which suitable for satellite mobile communication environment is proposed.through analysis and comparison the parameters selecting of split loop power control algorithm,at the same time removing the closed loop power control part which can't play a role in the satellite communication environment,reduce the complexity of the system and ensure the system performance,so that the power control technology of the LTE system can better suitable for the environment of satellite mobile communication system.2.The performance of both existing satellite mobile communication system power control algorithms and improved power control algorithm is Analyzed and compared.Adoption of the rules of programming,the nature differences of both algorithms,detailed demonstrates the differences between the two algorithms,and confirmed the proposed improved power control algorithm outperforms existing satellite mobile communication system power control program.Finally,the simulation has proved this conclusion.Schemes proposed in the paper provide project from theory to practice for the new generation of satellite mobile communication system power control algorithm.There is some theoretical significance and reference value for the design of satellite mobile communication systems combined with LTE-A system.
