The Research Of Logistics Supplier Decision Support System Based On Multi-Objective Decision

Along with the science and technology unceasing development and production technology continues to improve, market competition is becoming more and more intense. The enterprise’s production costs have been declining, and the proportion of the transportation cost is more and more big. Along with the rapid development of global logistics industry, enterprise in logistics transportation service put forward higher requirement. The choice of appropriate logistics supplier can not only reduce the transportation cost and transportation time, but also can improve the customer satisfaction. It directly affects the enterprise’s vital interests. How to carry out comprehensive evaluation in many logistics supplier and make proper selection is one of the important business decisions. Therefore, the evaluation and selection of the logistics supplier and the research of constructing logistics decision support system have a great significance.About logistics supplier evaluation and selection problem, the work and achievements of this research can be summaried as follows:(1) On the basis of analyzing and summarizing literature at home and abroad about choosing logistics supplier combing with the enterprise actual demand, the paper put forward an effective evaluation standard system for the pharmaceutical enterprise. The paper intrduced the common selection method on the basis of the standard, and analyzed their application procedures, advantages and disadvantages. Based on this combing with enterprise demand improved some basic models, finaly the paper put forward a model of the comprehensive decision-making method. It combined entropy evaluation method with TOPSIS, and avoided effectively the defect of subjective weight. The analysis of examples showed that the method is effective. (2) This research designed the decision support system which can provide the scientific guidance for enterprise when they choose logistics supplier. In the comprehensive decision-making method centered system integrated some basic multiple attribute decision making methods. The analysis of typical examples showed that the method is effective and feasible, and the logistics supplier selection decision support system is simple, effective and reliable.
