With the development of TD-LTE, the research and implementation of TD-LTE eNodeB is a key point of industrialization process. The author has participated in the research and development project of TD-LTE simulation platform, and been in charge of researching and implementation of some algorithm of uplink demodulation in LTE.The thesis mainly includes:Chapter Ⅰ introduces the source and research background of this thesis.Chapter Ⅱ introduces the hardware and software architecture of TD-LTE simulation platform, the operating mechanism of DSP, fixed point calculation and scaling.Chapter Ⅲ explains key technologies of LTE physical layer including the architecture of physical layer, frame structure and resource block, the generation, cycle and resource-mapping of uplink reference signal, the basic theory of SC-FDMA, the flow and modules of uplink modulation and demodulation of TD-LTE simulation platform.Chapter Ⅳ implements channel estimation module based on uplink reference signals. At first, analyze the requirements for channel estimation module in TD-LTE simulation platform, and design the flow of channel estimation module based on LS algorithm, implement channel estimation module and sub-modules based on SRS and DMRS respectively, at last verify the module and analyze the efficiency of the module.Chapter Ⅴ implements FFT module based on mixed-radius FFT algorithm and split-radius FFT algorithm. At first, analyze the requirements for FFT module in TD-LTE simulation platform, then design the flow of FFT module and implement FFT module according to the flow. The thesis tries to optimize the FFT module in flow, algorithm, storage and code and finally analyze module performance in accuracy and efficiencyThe achievements in this thesis have been applied in the TD-LTE simulation platform and the performance has met the requirements in practical test.
