Along with the rapid economic development as well as changes in lifestyle, cardiac disease has become the first killer to endanger human health and safety, the prevention and diagnosis of heart disease has become the major issues facing to doctors today. ECG signal objectively expresses the heart activity and is a typical biological electric signal, which is a reflection of cardiac activity status in the body surface, so it is an important way to diagnose in the cardiac diseases in clinic.Abnormal ECG is often very short duration, so it is usually difficult to be detected. The portable device presented in this paper for monitoring heart condition can be used to solve this problem, with the function of ECG acquisition, storage of ECG arrhythmia diagnosis, and early warning. In this paper, the main research work as follows:1、Firstly, this paper started with a brief introduction on the electrical properties of the brief ECG and interference noise distribution.a filter is designed in the way that combines stationary wavelet transform and morphological filter in order to meet the needs of the filtering effect, resource consumption and processing time.2、In order to meet the requirements for portable devices, a dual-processor hardware platform combine STM32with FPGA is selected. FPGA is operated by FSMC (Flexible Static Memory Controller) of STM32based on bus. The system software can be divided into two parts, digital signal processing unit and system control unit. FPGA contains a large number of programmable logic blocks, which can be used as digital logic, and have a high execution speed, so in this paper FPGA is used to run the filtering algorithm to meet the requirements of real-time processing. STM32takes as main processor, which is used to manage the whole system.3、ECG signal is a kind of weak signal in low-frequency, so it is easy to interfere by all kinds of noise. In order to meet the requirements of ECG signal detection, a set of dedicated ECG amplifier circuit is designed. A wireless module based on SIM900is designed, which can be used to send data by GPRS, send SMS by GSM and locate by base station.
