In recent years, with the rapid development of wireless communicationtechnology, wireless keyboard product is being launched and updated rapidly, and thedemand is increasing. In order to ensure the quality of the product, correspondingproduction test system must be manufactured. General field test system is composedof discrete components with poor consistency in high frequency leading to inaccuratetest performance. And it takes too much space using this kind test template to reducethe signal crosstalk among the test systems. In order to solve the two above problems,a new kind wireless keyboard field test system is designed.A tri-port attenuator of my own designing is adopted in the test system. Theattenuator depending on coupling theory absorbs the redundant signal energyskillfully using loss characteristics of PCB to overcome high-frequency consistencyproblem. Also it cuts down the interference between the systems effectively byreducing the radiation in the air. Antenna unit with low interference is designed. Thena set of test system is completed consisting of attenuator, antenna and control circuitthree parts. Then the overall test has been carried on. The measured results show thatthe wireless keyboard test system performances well on field test aspect. The systemhas the characteristics of good uniformity and stability, low radiation and interference.This improves the utilization rate of the work space.This paper can be divided into five parts:Firstly, this paper expounds the research status of wireless keyboard field testsystem. And electromagnetic simulation software used in the design is introduced.Then the overall building methods to test the wireless keyboard system are putforward.Afterwards, tri-port attenuators used in wireless keyboard field test system arestudied and analyzed. Based on the principle of coupler, two kinds of attenuators withmicrostrip or stripline that can achieve30dB attenuation are designed. Through a few attenuator samples processing, the design is verified. One of the attenuators consistsof no resistance to cut down the radiation interference effectively by using losscharacteristics of PCB.Then, the antennas used for sending and receiving signals are designed. With thesimulation software, two simple printed antennas of the monopole and the yagi aredesigned. The design is simple and convenient. Through simulation, thecorresponding parameters are verified.After that, based on the above several jobs, the material object of wirelesskeyboard field test system is manufactured. The performance of the system is testedthrough the spectrometer on specified frequency points. According to the test results,the system can work well in the2.4GHz frequency band with little interference, gooduniformity and stability, which is able to meet the requirements of the production testenvironment.Finally, this paper summarizes the whole work, and discusses the relatedresearch work in the future.
