This paper focuses on Yang Lijuan event reports made by CCTV and Southnewspaper group. Analysis of their medium logic, media perspective, narrative strategies,discourse, code combination, so as to research the frame which built by mass media toreport and decode fan subculture. It reveals mass media usually insulates extremely fansfrom fans group and makes difference between fans and public to enhance the dominatedideology. Since fans are prone to consume some goods repeatedly and sustainably, themass media intends to develop more fans in order to make full use of fans to make moreprofits when they reproduce fan subculture in communication activities. The entertainmentculture which is dominated by the mass media usually reproduces fan subculture inamusement and carnival way. However, fans subculture cannot be disseminated broadly bythe mass media unless they match up with the standards of news value which areformulated by the mass media. For the media, the reproduction of fans subculture is theway to reproduce and to strengthen the established order of society.
