We firstly analyze the investment of Liaoning coastal base to the actual situation. And according to the function attribute system, we can provide the system into navigation service module, performance evaluation module, service enterprise management module, information management module and system management module.Though optimizing the result management of investment management system, we can increase the transverse contact between inner organs, improve the working efficiency of the investment promotion services, go through the formalities of investing enterprises conveniently, enhance the key competitiveness of investment promotion work, improve the transparency of government information and enhance the community between investing enterprises and management committees. So optimizing the result management of investment management system can take charge of investing enterprises timely and exactly.
