In recent years, with the rapid development of our economy society and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, demand for livestock products are growing faster and faster in food market. But frequent animal epidemic situation greatly affected the consumption demand of livestock products, and consumers generally pay attention to quality and safety problems of livestock products. For effective prevention and control disease occurrence, spread and diffusion, disease source must be searched for from origin. Thus, disease transmission route fundamentally is broken down of. Modern information technology tools of animal identification and disease traceability system is committed to the establishment of a modern epidemic prevention, quarantine, supervision network platform. In the animal life cycle process, immune, quarantine, supervision of the road, slaughter and quarantine four major business segment information are collected.Weifang City livestock product tracking and tracing system is based on the consideration above constructed. In the process of building the system, we use UML analysis to describe the use case and function. Among them, the use of functional structure and technical architecture diagram describes the overall design framework of the system. Using the class diagram and sequence diagram describes the function and process system process. Through the effect diagram and activity diagram describes the system implemental function. Finally, combination of the database model design idea was to design the relationship and structure of the database table. This paper will also provide the code of some function of the realization. And test cases are given to test the system function.The system uses the B/S structure, and realize the whole system architecture based on Struts+Hibernate, using SQL Server2005as the database server, the implementation of basic data management module, ear tag management module, source material management, traceability management module four modules. Based on the data management module, the basic situation of animal husbandry industry management, including planning management, organization management, ear tag vendor management, slaughterhouse (point) management, farm management and administration of the vaccine are realized; Ear tag management module implement the ear tag application management, ear tag sign and issue management, ear tag statistics ears, query and other functions; traceable material management module realizes the reader management, print management, SIM management and IC card management. The reader management is the use of mobile intelligent reader relevant information in the IC card, and upload to the database; traceability management module realizes the traceability of business statistics, querying quarantine certificates and real-time monitoring functions.Weifang city livestock product tracking and tracing system establishes livestock identification and registration of livestock product traceability management by using RFID electronic ear tag. The information management is automated, and reducing artificial operation, greatly improves work efficiency, at the same time, to avoid the problem that potential information false or artificial record wrong.
