The Design And Implementation Of The Basic Condition Of Science And Technology Resources Survey Management System For Yunnan Province

With the development of science and technology infrastructure, the technological infrastructure management workload conditions have continued to increase, the original way to manage the basic conditions for science and technology will be a lot of problems. For example, the management way of science and technology infrastructure is through manual management, which has low efficiency and is easier to get error-prone. And carrier of data is paper documents, so the data can easily get lost, the data security gets compromised. Less communication between departments, can’t provide good protection for the development of science and technology innovation. With these problems, it is necessary to design and implement a science and technology infrastructure resource management system to manage the investigation of Yunnan Science and Technology Infrastructure to avoid similar problems.During the system’s design and implementation process, after the research and analysis of today’s advanced computer technology used by similar system, we determined that technical architecture of the system is B/S architecture, object-oriented language and advanced java J2EE platform and MVC design patterns to design this system through the control layer, view layer and hierarchical structure of the model layer. In addition, we also used struts, hibernate, spring framework technology and SQL SERVER 2012 database.This system is divided into comprehensive survey management and data collection management, the data collection management includes questionnaire fill management, data import and export management, data validation reporting management. There are basic units information management, affiliate management, user and distribution list management, import and export management, online consultation. Reporting questionnaire management includes biological germplasm conservation agency management, research and experimental base management, corporate unit information management. Data import and export management standardized download management, import management and export management. Data validation reported management includes schedule management, data verification and checking rules management, data reporting, print summary table.The design and implementation of this system will strengthen the management of science and technology infrastructure in Yunnan, improve the efficiency of the staff, ensure data security, the management of science and technology infrastructure is more structured, and strengthen exchanges between the various departments, which lays the foundation for further upgrading the technological innovation capability.
