As an emerging application of wireless networks, the Body Sensor Networks isplaying an increasingly important role in a number of areas. But the data in the BodySensor Networks are related to system security and the privacy of the users, so it isnecessary to ensure that the network system security. The Body Sensor Networks is one ofthe Wireless Sensor Networks. But there are some different characteristics between theBody Sensor Networks and the Wireless Sensor Networks, such as: the number of the nodein the Body Sensor Networks is less than the Wireless Sensor Networks, the node in theBody Sensor Networks exists for human intervention, the nodes in the Body SensorNetworks are all in each other’s communication range, the performance of the nodes in theBody Sensor Networks in the computing, storage and storage is more limited, the nodes inthe Body Sensor Networks cannot be captured by an adversary, etc. These characteristicslead to some security mechanisms used in the Wireless Sensor Networks cannot be appliedto the Body Sensor Networks. So the Body Sensor Networks’s security transfer mechanismhas important research significance and practical value. And the main works of this paperare summarized as follows:First, the article describes the researches for the security mechanisms of the BodySensor Networks, the concept and theoretical knowledge. And by drawing on the results ofprevious, the thesis puts forward the system architecture of the medical application of theBody Sensor Networks, which is the health care system based on Body Sensor Networks,and divides the system communication process into three parts: the communicationbetween Biosensors and the Sink Node, the communication between the Sink Node and theBase Station, and the communication between the Base Station and the Cloud Server;Second, an key management scheme has been proposed on the basic of taking fulladvantage of the running environment of the Body Sensor Networks and the characteristicsof the Biosensors such as:Resource constrained in the thesis for the communicationbetween Biosensors and the Sink Node. And this is a high security key managementscheme, which is suitable to the application situation of the Body Sensor Networks;Third, the thesis proposed a key negotiation mechanism based TPM neural networkmodel for the communication between the Sink Node and the Base Station. The schemetakes full advantage of the physiological information collected from the human body, andhas higher security, better stability and lower energy consumption;Fourth, the thesis proposed a mutual authentication and data encryption mechanism based SD card for the communication between the Base Station and the Cloud Server. Thescheme uses the characteristic of SD card: fast computing speed and high security torealize authentication and key agreement;Fifth, this article has showed the application prospects of the Body Sensor Networksand put forward the problems of the security mechanism needed to solve the problem inthe future.The security needs of the Body Sensor Networks have been analyzed, and the securitymechanism has been researched and designed. And I hope the research result of the thesiswill has a certain reference value to the future research of the Body Sensor Networks’security mechanism.
