Reflection On Feature Writing Experience In Portrait Magazine

My internship in People Magzine started in October2012,and a month later I got the chance to write long character features independently.During the past six month,Ⅰ participated in almost all sections of the magzine, including the cover story and reported a total of more than forty thousand words.Character feature is different from news report, it is more in-depth, more slower and smooth.It’s also different from the survey report, for it cares more about one’s character, destiny and so on.I will elaborate the process how a character feature is produced.Three aspects has been revolved,topic,expressing and technical discussion.
