Design And Implementation Of The Conference Management System Of The Jinan Municipal Government

The traditional conference management mode there is the shortcomings that the conference organizational difficulties, the confusion in the scheduling of the conference, the conference real-time state and interactive meeting information, and information collected difficulties. Existing conference management software database management functions and system scalability has been far from being able to meet the transmission of information, work efficiency requirements. The purpose of the research is to solve the problems of conference management and conference management using of scientific theories and meeting scheduling algorithm, and embarked on the road of scientific and information technology.This paper analyzes the development of conference and conference management technology status quo and existing problems, the status of the development of computer technology in the field of conference management, describes the content and meaning of this topic. With the management information system construction method, the use of "top-down, stepwise refinement" design method, detailed analysis of the functional requirements of the JiNan Municipal Government conference management system, to determine the main content of the conference management software and design principles, then meeting scheduling algorithm, based on role-based access control strategy, by setting different users, the system use modular design method, the system is divided into three modules, participants information management module, meeting management module and basic information management module, developed a small and medium-sized government conference management system.The system uses B/S structure, select.NET Framework as a development platform, using Oracle as the database, modular design, easy to upgrade and transplantation.System operate is simple and intuitive.The common modules have shortcut channels. Test cases and the promotion in a department of the JiNan Municipal Government indicate that the system has important practical value for the scientific organization of conferences, the management of conferences, efficient communication of information, and making the right decisions.
