The performance of anaerobic methane aromatization catalyst is one of the highlights in the field of chemical industry currently. This paper develops a set of automated, intelligent monitoring and control system by method of computer configuration based on dalian institute of chemical physics as the background.According to the anaerobic methane aromatization experiment process requirements, this article analysis the three layer structure model characteristics, equipment layer, communication layer and monitoring layer, designs the experiment platform system, temperature rising control of reactor, pattern of double control, remote alarm and abnormity diagnosis by KingVIEW6.53as monitoring layer. The system designs30period of reactor temperature programmed control and realizes the real-time monitoring of the reactor temperature. For the process of methane aromatization experiment, it usually doesn’t limit to the sequential control experimental process, a computer automatic monitoring method. On the other hand, the study needs more intelligent personality experiment monitoring means and this is include of more factors, called conditional experiments. For the two demands of experimental study, this paper proposes a dual control model solution, including timing control model and position control model, and can switch each other to realize automatic and intelligent test process for the effective experimental environment and the experimental data. In order to enhance the experiment safety, the system is introduced in the remote SMS alarm and abnormality diagnosis mechanism to to ensure that even if there is nobody in the scene, the alarm information also will be carried into the person in charge in time. Running for months, the system has reached the design requirements.Actual operation shows that this system can monitor methane aromatization test run and measure temperature, pressure and flow rate data accurately. The system is stable, reliable, automation and intelligent. It can avoid the traditional experimental way of the manual operation secondary instrument and artificial trace record, greatly saving manpower and resources and improving experiment efficiency and quality.
