Ziying Co. is a high qualification enterprise working on large-scale telecomm-network engineering construction projects. Its’ major service covers large-scale telecom engineering, transmission facilities construction engineering and large-scale network running management. To meet the long-term developing strategy demand, it works actively on business management information, and the construction of the information system pointed to the company’s core business operation has been important support for its’ development.This thesis discusses design and implementation of the resource management information system in network running and maintaining services according to the company’s real business need. First, it generally induces advanced theory and practical methods of modern resource management. Then, it discusses the network resource management functions according to the real needs in network engineering construction projects, which mainly include basic resource planning management function, resource supplying information management function, resource inventory information management function and equipment resource management function, etc. Based on demand analysis, it also builds the software system design scenario, including main data entities’ logic structure in the system database, software structure of each function sub-system, data structure and logic design of some main algorithm. Furthermore, it discusses some typical programming implementation and in the end summarizes the system development methods.This software system has been in test run, it has good effects not only apparently improves the efficiency and accuracy of the network engineering project management, but also stable and reliable and achieves system development goal.
