This articleprimarily will focus on maintaining real-time monitoring of the existing inventory database,without replacing current softwares. Through analyzing existing business, and integratingcomputer software designs, to ensure complete supervision and sound management overdifferent aspects of pharmaceutical products-Invoicing data common interface,pharmaceutical distribution warning, integrity management, information platformmanagement, mobile and Drug Administration, Knowledge Base and etc, solving otherpractical issues such as unpunctuality in reporting trading enterprise data, modification ofhandwritten data and unnecessary delay in publishing drug regulatory information.The system is developed under Visual Studio2010development tools; and combinedwith SQL Server2008, utilizing WEB-based database system in transferring data. Once thesystem is online, it will play an important role in practice in supervising Drug management,allowing drug supervision departments to accurately control the quality of the drugs incirculation in their respective districts. Additional, it will provide technical support for on-sitelaw-enforcement. This electronic supervision platform will undoubtedly have positiveinfluence over eliminating potential security concerns, regulating market order andencouraging the healthy and sustainable development of the pharmaceutical industry.
