Design And Implementation Of B/S-based Financial Management Information System Of Electric Power Enterpirse

With the gradual promotion of China’s electricity system reform and the development ofeconomic globalization, the previous production development mode will be replaced foroperating development mode. Scientific financial management is of great significance toenterprises’ operating model and will play an important role in enterprises’ development.Facing the ongoing openness and competition existing in the market, power enterprises havebeen aware of the important role that Financial Management Information System has playedin enterprises’ development, and they resort to this system to realize the scientific distributionand optimizing use of the resources to make costs lowest and benefits largest, then ultimatelythey can have a place in the competitive electricity market.Traditional Financial Management Information System is based on client/server model,and with the continuous growth of enterprises and development of Internet technology,products based on C/S mode turn out to be obviously deficient, but with the emergence of B/S mode and the convenient software maintenance and upgrade based on this model, C/S-based software prevails and advances day by day. The financial system is based on B/Smode and its design adopts standard MVC pattern. Considering the large-scale database ofthis enterprise, Oracle that is designed on the large database is taken into account. Thedevelopment of renderer mainly adopts JSP technique. The system is based on Java EEcomponent technique and uses lightweight integration framework SSH. The persistent layeradopts multilayer and distributed enterprise-level web application system platform, analyzesnormal demands from universal financial system, takes into consideration the particularity ofpower enterprises’ financial system, and designs a FMIS for power enterprises, with goodfunction, maintainability and expandability, as well as easy upgrading.This article is based on the basic situation of China’s power enterprises and thedevelopment trend of FMIS. It puts forward the design projects of power enterprises’ FMIS,which conform to the current status of power enterprises and have management ideas onEnterprise Resource Planning, and carries on a systematic analysis of the system, provides theoverall business goals and realized objectives and rules. It also proposes that the systemshould have good uniformity and expandability, and gives the system’s overall design anddetailed design of major function modules. The article mainly includes five modules: systemmanagement module, basic setup module, management module of books and statements, cashmanagement module and certificate management module. On the basis of this module, thesystem is analyzed and designed on purpose for better use and efficiency, so as to improve theoperability and flexibility of the system.The system is based on B/S structure, adopts J2EE technology and uses Oracle database.It completes the functions of the financial system for the basic financial management, solvesthe problem of bad investment due to unreasonable assessment on the market, which resultsfrom the unclearness of power enterprises’ financial accounts, the chaos and deficiency offinancial management, the lost of certificate and the ignorance of cash flow. It reducesenterprises’ input costs and workload of financial staffs, and achieves the goals of cuttingfinancial redundant, extracting module essence, organizing structure well, investing reasonably. Its practicability is proved.
